- 4 whole large chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- Beau Monde seasoning
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Cut chicken into pieces the size of a walnut. Shake Beau Monde seasoning over pieces. Dip chicken in butter.
Mix crumbs with onion powder, salt, pepper and parmesan Cheese.
Dip each chicken piece into crumb mixture. Arrange on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375F degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until nicely browned
