Cheesy Ham And Melon Balls

Ingredients
- 340 grams can leg ham, chopped
- 250 gram packet cream cheese, chopped
- 1 Tbs orange marmalade
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 3/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 rockmelon
Method
Step 1
Process ham until finely chopped, add cheese, marmalade and ginger. Process until smooth. Transfer mixture to a bowl, cover and refrigerate 1 hour, or until firm.
Step 2
Shape 11/2 level teaspoons of mixture into balls, toss in seeds, place on tray and refrigerate until firm.
Step 3
Using a melon baller scoop balls from rockmelon. Place 1 each on toothpicks
