Ingredients

1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
dash cayenne
1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup beer

Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix until smooth

Step 2

Fill crock and seal top with paraffin. Keep refrigerated
