Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 Tbs butter or margarine
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 2 1/2 oz packages dried beef, chopped
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 6 tsp diced onion
- crackers and bread sticks
Method
Step 1
In a skillet, saute pecans in butter until golden; set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and garlic powder; mix well. Stir in beef and onion. Add pepper to taste. Spread into a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Top with the pecans. Bake uncovered at 350F for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers and bread sticks.
