- 6 large carrots, shredded finely
- orange juice Orange juice, raw
- 2 tbsp butter Butter, without salt
- 2 tbsp Grand Marnier Alcoholic beverage, liqueur, Grand Marnier
Soak shredded carrots in orange juice for 2-3 hours. Cook in juice until slightly less than tender. Drain. Melt butter in a large skillet add carrots and Grand Marnier. Cook until tender and glazed.
