- 1 pkg Brownie Mix
- 4 large egg whites Egg, white, raw, fresh
- ¾ tsp salt Salt, table
- ½ cup sugar Sugars, granulated
- 2 tsp instant coffee Coffee, instant, regular, powder
- Block of Ice Cream
Method
Step 1
Make brownies according to package and cool. Preheat oven to 450F Beat egg whites with salt until fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar and coffee. Prepare brownies to fit the block or individual servings of ice cream. Place ice cream on top and cover COMPLETELY with coffee fluff to seal. Bake 4 minutes until golden brown .
