Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped Onions, raw
- 1 cup Creole mustard
- 2 Tbs garlic, minced Garlic, raw
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil Vegetable oil, canola
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar Vinegar, red wine
- salt and pepper Peppers, sweet, red, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
Method
Step 1
Combine the onion, mustard,and garlic in a stainless steel bowl. Whisk in the oil and vinegar, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
