Ingredients
- 36 pieces small to medium mushrooms
- 3 packages (5 oz) Boursin cheese with garlic and fine herbs, softened
- Parsley
Method
Step 1
Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth; remove stems breaking off where they join the cap. (reserve stems for soup)
Step 2
Spoon cheese into mushrooms, or fill pastry bag and pipe cheese into mushrooms.
Step 3
Garnish with parsley sprig and refrigerate
