Blue Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 16 pieces mushrooms (large fresh), stems removed
- 1 3-once packet cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbs blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 Tbs chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbs chives or green onion, snipped

Method
Step 1
Remove stems from mushrooms and set aside for another use (in a soup or skillet meal for example). Steam mushroom caps in a small amount of boiling water in a covered saucepan for 6 to 8 minutesDrain and invert caps on paper towels: set aside to cool while preparing filling.
Step 2
Beat the cream cheese and blue cheese together in a small bowl. Stir in nuts. Spoon mixture into mushrooms and top with chives or green onion.
