Bisquick Coffee Cake

I put this in because it was an easy dessert that I made for the boys and last minute company. I generally had these ingredients in the house. It used to be on the box but lately it has not been there so here it is.  This recipe serves

Ingredients

  • STREUSEL TOPPING
  • 1/3 cup Bisquick
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar Sugars, brown
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon Spices, cinnamon, ground
  • 2 tbsp firm butter Butter, without salt
  • CAKE
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup milk Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added vitamin A
  • 2 tbsp white sugar Sugars, granulated
  • 1 large egg Egg, whole, raw, fresh

Method

Step 1

Heat oven 375F. Grease 9" pan Mix topping ingredients until crumbly, set aside. Stir cake ingredients til blended. Spread into pan Sprinkle with topping. Bake 18-22 minutes til golden brown.
