Testing

Ingredients

  • 1 small jar pimiento
  • 3 green peppers
  • 1 Tuna packed in water drained, small tin
  • 1 cup mixed sweet pickles
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tin anchovies in oil
  • 1 dozen stuffed olives
  • 1 dozen black olives
  • 1/2 bottle chile sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • olive oil

Method

Step 1

Dice pepper and pimento, fry in the olive oil til cooked, add rest of the ingredients all chopped and cook on simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Cool and place in tightly covered jars and store in refrigerator. Keep for 8 days before serving.

Step 3

Shortcut: Use tin black olive minced or broken and use hamburger relish instead of mixed pickle
