  • chunked salami, pepperoni, asiago cheese
  • prosciutto wrapped marinated mozzarella balls and melon balls
  • marinated artichoke squares
  • sliced figs
  • couchions
  • Italian bread sticks

Method

Step 1

Choose the serving vessel and line with attractive lettuce leaves. Place olives in a stemmed compote in the centre of platter. Place bread sticks in a tall glass
