Ingredients
- 4 oz German sweet chocolate or semisweet
- 1/3 cup milk Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added vitamin A
- 2 Tbs sugar, optional Sugars, granulated
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened Cheese, cream
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 package graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch Pie crust, cookie-type, prepared from recipe, graham cracker, chilled
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, optional Spices, cinnamon, ground
Method
Step 1
Heat chocolate & 2 tablespoons of the milk over a low heat,stirring til melted.Can do in Micro but you must cover itBeat in the sugar and cinnamon into the cream cheeseBlend in the remaining milk & chocolate mixBeat until smoothFold in Cool Whip & blend til smooth. Spoon into crustFreeze 4 hoursGarnish with Chocolate Curls
